1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Depollute NOW! By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Depollute NOW! is a platform that rewards environmental action through DNOW tokens, Seeds rewards, and affiliate commissions. We operate a global community focused on environmental restoration, social connection, and economic abundance.

2. User Accounts

2.1 Account Creation

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One person may only maintain one active account
• You must not share your account credentials with others

2.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or otherwise harm the community. Users may request account deletion at any time through their account settings.

3. DNOW Token Distribution

3.1 Token Mechanics

• 1,000 DNOW tokens are distributed weekly among active users
• Distribution is based on verified environmental impact using our HVV algorithm
• Token supply halves every 4 years
• Trust scores decay at 0.95x per week to encourage ongoing participation
• DNOW tokens are not securities and carry no ownership rights

3.2 No Investment Advice

DNOW tokens are rewards for environmental action, not investments. We provide no guarantees about token value, liquidity, or future utility. Participate at your own risk and never invest more than you can afford to lose.

4. Affiliate Program

4.1 Commission Structure

Our 7-level affiliate program distributes commissions as follows:

• Level 1 (Direct Referrals): 38%
• Level 2: 20%
• Level 3: 15%
• Level 4: 12%
• Level 5: 8%
• Level 6: 4%
• Level 7: 3%

4.2 Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Create fake accounts to inflate referrals (self-referral is prohibited)
• Use misleading marketing or spam to recruit members
• Make false claims about earnings potential
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Environmental Impact Verification

All environmental actions must be accurately reported. We use AI-powered verification and blockchain attestations to validate claims. Fraudulent reporting will result in:

• Immediate loss of trust score
• Forfeiture of rewards for the reporting period
• Potential account suspension or termination
• Legal action in cases of significant fraud

6. Marketplace & Dana Pricing

6.1 Dana Model

Products are priced using the Dana (donation) model. Each product has a cost price and suggested Dana. Customers may pay any amount at or above the cost price.

6.2 Distribution Split

Dana payments are split: 10% Hub operations, 30% Design, 30% Manufacturing, 30% Affiliation (distributed across 7-level upline).

6.3 Refunds & Returns

Refund policies vary by product and seller. Review product descriptions carefully before purchase. Generally, custom or digital products are non-refundable.

7. Content & Community Guidelines

Users are responsible for content they post. Prohibited content includes:

• Hate speech, harassment, or bullying
• Explicit sexual content or nudity
• Violence, illegal activities, or dangerous behavior
• Spam, scams, or fraudulent schemes
• Copyrighted material without permission
• Misinformation about environmental impact

We use AI-powered moderation to detect violations. Content may be removed and users may be banned for repeated violations.

8. Intellectual Property

The Depollute NOW! platform, including software, design, content, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the platform without written permission.

User-generated content remains the property of the user, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

Depollute NOW! is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Loss of DNOW tokens or Seeds due to market conditions or platform changes
• User disputes, marketplace transactions, or refund issues
• Technical errors, downtime, or data loss
• Actions of third parties, including referral network members
• Environmental impact verification accuracy (users are responsible for reporting)

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits. Arbitration will be conducted under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
